中文摘要: 本课题从边界条件动力学优化和载荷优化的角度出发,针对利用两个振动台对多个节点进行响应控制开展振动环境试验条件的理论研究、数值仿真和试验验证。边界条件研究方面,将夹具的质量、刚度特性以及安装位置作为优化变量,以各个控制点的频响曲线与各自规定的目标响应谱的比例关系接近为优化目标,进行柔性夹具的动力学优化设计;载荷研究方面,对影响多点响应的载荷参数进行分析,并以载荷在控制点所产生的响应与目标响应之间的误差最小为准则,从优化的角度进行控制载荷的分析和数值求解。课题设计了典型结构基于边界条件和载荷优化的两点激励多点响应控制随机振动环境试验,以验证所制定的振动试验环境条件的合理性和有效性。本课题的研究成果可为利用少量加载设备进行多点响应控制时,制定合理的振动试验环境条件提供一种综合性的研究方法。

英文摘要: In order to achieve the purpose of controlling the response of more than two points with two shaking talbes in vibration envrionmental test, this project developed the theoretic research, numerical simulation and validity test standing at the point of dynamic optimizaiton of boundary condition and control load.In the research of boundary condition, the similar propotion between frequency response and target response of multi-point is considered as the optimization object, and the mass, kinetic and fixed position of flexible fixture are chosen as the optimizaiton variables; in the research of control load, the parameters which effect the response of multi-point are analyzed primarily, the minimum error between the response produced by control load and target response which set primarily is considered as optimization object, and the control load is set as the optimization variable.Example of numerical simulation aimming at typical structure is given, and verification test of two-point excitation and multi-point response control based on the optimizaiton of boundary condition and load is designed. The research of this project could provide a comprehensive approach to the design of environmental condition under the situation of controlling multi-point response using inadequate excitation.
