中文摘要: 气态砷化合物的形态分析研究对全面了解砷生物地球化学循环过程至关重要,但是,因为缺乏有效的气态砷化合物形态分析仪器和方法,有关砷形态分析研究很少涉及气态砷化合物。本课题主要围绕气态砷形态分析方法开展了研究,并对典型含硫砷形态化合物分析方法进行了初步探索,旨在建立灵敏、准确的气态砷化合物形态分析方法,针对特定环境介质发展一系列实用、有效的分析技术和联用系统,以实现对砷化合物的多相迁移过程深入认识,并为深入开展含硫砷形态衍生物研究提供基础和参考。

英文摘要: Volatile arsenic speciation analysis is very important for the comprehensive understanding of bio-geocycling of arsenic. However, few researches were about volatile arsenic speciation for the lack of analytical methods and instruments. The purpose of this study is mainly to deveop some new, sensitive and precise analytical methods for volatile arsenic speciation analysis. In addition to that, we also carried out some primary studies on the analytical methods for sulfuric arsenicals. A series of coupling systems and technologies for volatile arsenic speciation analysis in typical environmental medius were established. The results will be very helpful for us to understand the transformation and transportation of arsenicals between different phases, and also provide some useful references and basic data for the further research on sulfuric arsenicals.
