中文摘要: 重油催化裂化工艺是目前国内外主要重油轻质化加工过程之一,虽然催化裂化工艺不断发展,但传统反应器内混合强度低、反应时间长、二次裂化和设备结焦等弊端日益凸显。基于此,本课题提出了超短接触旋流反应器技术,旨在利用旋流反应器内组分间传热传质性能好、接触时间短、产物实时分离等优势来解决重油加工中存在的问题。课题拟以短接触旋流反应器为研究对象,基于实验研究、数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法对旋流反应器内梯度流场下裂化反应过程进行基础科学研究。主要内容包括:研究旋流反应器内气固两相流态与迁移规律、相间作用规律及流动梯度场特征;建立高温下旋流反应器内流动梯度场模型;结合反应动力学,分析旋流反应器梯度场下重油催化裂化梯度反应机理,并将反应与分离过程进行耦合,建立旋流反应器内流动、传质、传热及反应的三维多相流动反应梯度数学模型。预期成果将为超短接触旋流反应器技术在重油加工过程中的应用奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Catalytic cracking process is the major heavier oil hydro method at home and abroad. Although FCC process is developing, traditional reactors have increasing disadvantages of low mixing strength, long reaction time,serious secondary cracking and coking. Based on this, quick-contact cyclone reactor techonology was put forward in the heavy oil FCC. The advantages of good heat and mass transfer performance, short contact time and real-time separation are available to slove the problems of heavy oil processing. Therefore, basic scietific researches are done to study the cracking reaction process under gradient field by using the methods of experiment, numerical simulation and therotical analysis. The main content include that: gas-solid two-phase pattern and migration laws, the characteristics of internal flow gradient field, establishment of flow gradient model under high temperature, theretical analysis of reaction kinetics, the gradient reaction mechanism in gradient field, coupling of reaciton and separation, estatblishment of 3-D two-phase gradient flow and reaction model of cyclone reactor. The subject aims to lay a theoretical foundation for basic research and provide the basis for the application of cyclone reactor technology.
