中文摘要: 针对匀质和有接头两种地下管线,研究管线与土层的相互作用,建立因隧道开挖引起的地下管线变形和内力的计算方法。具体研究内容包括:考虑管土分离、轴向拉力和大变形,推导地下管线变形的控制微分方程。探求控制微分方程的解法,进行不同方法求解精度的比较。确定管土相对刚度系数的定义,提出划分刚性管线、弹性管线和柔性管线的刚度系数值。考虑不同隧道尺寸、不同管线埋深、不同管土相对刚度、不同管线与隧道轴线交角,对匀质管线和有接头管线进行变形和受力的数值模拟。针对刚性、弹性和柔性三种类型管线,开展管土相互作用的离心模型试验。选择典型地铁工点,实地测量土层变形和管线变形。根据数值模拟、模型试验和现场实测结果,对理论模型进行修改完善。本项目研究的意义在于更全面掌握管线与土层的相互作用规律,提高地下管线计算方法的准确性和适用性。

英文摘要: Interaction between soil and buried pipelines, both continuous and jointed pipelines, is investigated, and a methodology is proposed to compute the deformation and internal forces of the pipelines affected by tunnel excavation. Taking into account soil-pipeline separation, axial tensile force and large deformation of the pipeline, control differential equation to describe the deformation of the pipeline is derived out. Both analytical and numerical solutions for the differential equation are approached and compared. The definition of the soil-pipe relative rigidity factor is modified. Proper values of the factor are figured out and can be used to tell a pipeline being a rigid line, an elastic line or a soft one. Finite element method is employed to simulate the deformation behavior of continuous and jointed pipelines, and the influences of tunnel size, buried depth of the pipe, soil-pipe relative rigidity and the angle between tunnel axis and the pipeline on the deformation of the pipe are discussed. Centrifugal model tests are performed on rigid, elastic and soft pipelines to probe into soil-pipe interaction. Typical subway tunnels are selected to do case studies, where the movement of soil and pipelines are measured.
