中文摘要: 地下工程突涌水灾害治理中,动水条件下注浆扩散规律与封堵机理是急需解决的重大理论难题,本项目通过理论分析、室内试验、模型试验和数值模拟等手段,系统研究动水条件下普通水泥浆液和典型凝胶可控型浆液的扩散规律与堵水机理。以研究浆液的流变时变特性为基础,应用地下水动力学及多相介质扩散理论,建立单一、交叉裂隙浆液扩散模型;研制动水注浆模型装置并进行物理模拟试验,分析水压、流速、流量、注浆压力和被注介质特性对浆液扩散规律的影响,探讨浆液在动水和注浆压力共同作用下的动力学耦合机制,建立浆液在不同注浆参数、被注介质特性条件下的扩散方程和压力耗散方程。深入分析注浆过程中浆液固化和浆体受阻滞作用封堵过水断面的过程,研究浆体对动水的驱替作用机制与注浆封堵机理。编制有限元程序,实现对动水注浆扩散过程的数值模拟。建立动水条件下,注浆材料选择原则、注浆参数设计方法。研究对于地下工程涌水治理具有重大理论价值和实践意义。

英文摘要: The diffusion law and plugging mechanism of dynamic water grouting is an important theoretical problem in management of water inflow,The systematic study on diffusion law and plugging mechanism is conducted, through the method such as theoretical analysis, laboratory tests, model tests, numerical simulation etc. Cement grouting and typical gel-controllable slurry are adopted as representatives in this project. Based on the time-varying and rheology of slurry,applied groundwater dynamics and multiphase medium diffusion theory, slurry diffusion models(single fracture and cross fracture) are established. A new model device of dynamic water grouting is made. By using this device, factors on diffusion rule of grouting are analyzed. These factors include water pressure, flow rate, injection pressure and media characteristics of rock mass. The dynamic coupling mechanism is investigated, on interaction of dynamic water and grouting pressure. Diffusion and pressure dissipation equation are derived with different media characteristics and grouting parameters. Deep analysis on the process of slurry curing and blocking the water section, displacement and grouting- blocking mechanism of slurry are studied. A FEM program is fainted for numerical simulation of diffusion and grouting- blocking process in grouting engineering.
