中文摘要: 我国有限的空域资源和快速增长飞行流量的矛盾日益突出,飞行冲突已构成管制员最主要工作负荷,极大威胁运行安全。目前战略飞行流量优化与战术冲突解脱等方法以粗放式经验管理为主,缺乏针对航路网飞行冲突的精细化系统级调控。基于四维航迹运行的航路网络飞行安全间隔保持近年备受国际空管学术界和工业界关注。然而,空中交通系统本质上是一个高度耦合的网络化复杂巨系统,运筹学等传统方法难以获得高效安全间隔保持方案。本项目从预战术角度构建一体化设计框架:首先构建航路网络交通流模型,揭示安全风险形成、传播机理,挖掘高效启发式知识,指导优化方法设计;进一步优化表征空中交通复杂性的关键指标,研究空中交通复杂度评估方法,定量刻画航路网络运行安全状态;然后,基于启发式知识构建兼顾安全与高效目标的航路网络飞行安全间隔保持多目标优化模型,基于多岛并行计算优化航班无冲突四维航迹。本项目研究将为航路网络运行安全调控奠定坚实的理论基础。

英文摘要: The contradiction between airspace capacity and traffic flow has arisen gradually, which causes the conflict to be the main workload of controllers, and dramatically threats the operation safety. The air traffic flow management and the conflict resolution method rely on extensive experience which donot consider the system level management of conflict in the air route network. Recently, research on safe separation assurance in air route network supporting 4D-Trajectory operation has drawn much more attention of researchers and practitioners from air traffic management domain. However, the air traffic system is a complex giant system with highly coupled relationship which causes the problem difficult to deal with.This project constructs an integration framework from the pre-tactical view. Firstly, an air traffic system simulation model is established based on the complex network theory to study the threats formation and propagation mechanism, and heuristic knowledge is obtained to guide the design of optimization method; Secondly, the critical indexes indicating the air traffic complexity is optimized, and then an evaluation method of the complexity is proposed to quantitatively describe the safety of the air route network operation. Finally, a multi-objective model is present with consideration of the safety and the efficiency based on the heuristic knowledge. A new method based on multi-island parallel computation is proposed to optimize the 4D trajectory of the flights to eliminate conflicts. This study will lay a solid theoretical foundation for operation safety management of the air route network.
