中文摘要: 由于无线信道的易错性,时变性,再加上多用户无线信道接入的随机性,以及视频流数据的优先级特性,在无线网络上高效传输视频流,以期最大化传输收益,为用户提供有一定满意度的服务是当今无线网络视频流传输研究的关键问题。本研究拟从不确定规划理论为出发点,集合马尔可夫决策过程理论,马尔可夫动态博弈理论,研究无线网络视频流传输问题。利用不确定规划理论重新分析理论模型结构,探索通过不确定规划理论将视频流传输满意度评价准则,如QoE(quality of experience),JND(just notified distortion)直接作为传输控制过程中的优化目标函数,采用马尔可夫决策过程和马尔可夫动态博弈方法分别对无线网络单用户和多用户环境下的视频流传输提出新的优化模型,使得在网络传输中涉及的参数控制直接以用户的观看满意度为优化目标,更高效的实现无线网络视频流传输。

英文摘要: Due to the error-prone and time-varying of wireless channels, the randomness of multiple users wireless channel access and the priority structure of video streams, the key problem is how to efficiently transmit video streams over wireless networks to maximize the transmission reward and proivde a ceratin level of satisfying service for users. We consider using uncertain programming theory, Markov decision process and Markov dynamic game method to resolve this problem. We will re-analyze the theoritical model structure based on uncertain programming theory, investigate transforming the transmission users satisfying criteria, such as QoE (quality of experience) and JND (just notified distortion) as the optimization goal function through the uncertain programming theory and provide new optimization model for video streaming over wireless networks in single user and multiple users environment with the Markov decision process and Markov dynamic game method respectively. This work will lead the optimization of parameters control in transmission to directly aim at users satisfying criteria and implement the video streaming over wireless networks more efficiently.
