中文摘要: 以往研究关于非正式网络对创新的影响的研究结论存在分歧,其主要原因是以往研究忽视了正式组织的各种因素对非正式网络的影响。非正式网络是嵌入在正式组织结构中的,非正式网络的特征及作用的发挥是会受到其影响的。本研究将员工感知到的组织绩效评价导向引入到团队的非正式网络与个体的创新行为的关系研究模型中,进行整合研究,有利于系统地掌握问题的本质。运用社会网络理论归纳非正式网络的特征,并运用模仿分析的方法研究网络动态特征,以及采用蒙特卡罗最大似然估计等先进统计方法检验时间序列数据,来研究其动态性。研究非正式网络对个体"双元"创新行为的影响机制及作用机理,以便考察员工感知的组织绩效评价导向对两者间关系的调节作用。本研究运用追踪调查方法验证研究假设关系。选择部分团队进行追踪案例研究,进一步验证和补充定量研究结果。本研究结论有助于提高中国企业正确认识和发挥非正式网络的积极作用,提高企业的自主创新能力。

英文摘要: There are some different results about the influence to innovation of the informal network in the existing studies due to ignore the influence of many factors in the formal organization to the informal network. The informal network embedded in the formal organization, which features and affects will be impacts by the informal network. The organization performance appraisal orientation perceived by stuffs is introduced the relationship model between the informal network and individual innovative work behavior and is integrated to master the innate character. Social network analysis is used to study the feature of the informal network and simulation analysis is used to research the dynamic characteristics of network. Some advanced statistics methods such as Monte Carlo maximum likelihood estimation are used to check time series, so to study its dynamics. The impact mechanism of the informal network to individual 'exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation' innovative work behavior will be studied to investigate the adjust impact of the organization performance appraisal orientation perceived by stuffs to the relationship between the formal organization to the informal network.
