中文摘要: 针对流致管束振动与碰撞接触非线性动力学问题,以三维管束及其狭小空间内的非定常流体为研究对象,采用动态测试技术,开展管束内部流场测试、管束振动信号及其动应变测量,以此建立和完善流体-弹性管束-碰撞接触流固耦合动力学模型。依据界面位移协调和载荷平衡条件,提出耦合界面非匹配网格的插值算法、多界面物理量耦合收敛准则和迭代算法、时间推进算法,以及管束间碰撞接触时流体域变拓扑结构的网格更新方法、多管束梁-梁碰撞接触算法,实现流场和管束的分域耦合求解。根据管束振动与碰撞接触的数值模拟结果,结合流体诱发管束振动的成因假说,证实或修正管束振动的判别条件。预期将揭示流致管束振动与碰撞接触的动力学特性,提出避免管束共振与碰撞接触的措施和方法,其研究成果对于丰富流固耦合动力学理论具有重要意义,为分析和预防石油石化、核工业装备中的管束振动与碰撞引起的灾难性事故提供科学依据。

英文摘要: According to the flow induced tube bundle vibration and collision contact problems of nonlinear dynamics, three-dimensional tube bundle and its narrow spacial unsteady fluid are the research object. Using dynamic measuring and testing technique, carry out research of internal flow field test, and the tube bundle vibration signal and its dynamic strain measurement. So as to establish and perfect the fluid structure interaction dynamics model of fluid-elastic tube bundles-collision contact. On the basis of interface displacement coordination and load balance conditions, interpolation algorithm of non-matching coupling interface grids, multiple interface physics coupling convergence criterion and the iterative algorithm, time advance algorithm, the mesh updating method when collision contact, as well as multiple beam-beam collision contact algorithm are putted forward to achieve calculation of partitioned coupling between tube bundle and fluid. Combine numerical simulation results of tube bundle vibration and impact, and hypothesis of fluid induced tube bundle vibration. Confirm or correct discriminant conditions of fluid induced tube bundle vibration.
