中文摘要: 低速连杆机构在各行各业机械装备中应用非常广泛。如:挖掘机、起落架、卫星天线系统等。但是受到运动学和动力学不确定因素的影响,其设计性能存在不确定性。同时,在长期使用中由于间隙磨损,其性能发生退化。上述两方面影响相关机械装备产品的性能稳定性。严重时,将造成重大财产损失和人员伤害。为确保低速连杆机构性能的稳定性,本项目综合考虑上述各种不确定因素的影响和间隙磨损致机构性能退化的影响,研究间隙磨损致性能退化的低速连杆机构稳健设计方法。具体内容包括:(1)研究综合考虑运动学和动力学不确定因素影响的低速连杆机构概率不确定性分析方法。(2)建立间隙磨损下低速连杆机构性能退化的精确预测方法,并进行实验验证。(3)建立考虑精度性能退化和动力性能退化的低速连杆机构稳健优化设计方法。其研究成果对于逐步完善机构稳健设计理论与方法体系,指导高品质机械装备产品的设计具有重要意义。

英文摘要: The low-speed link mechanism is widely used in all walks of life of machinery and equipment. Such as excavators, landing gear, Satellite antenna system. However, influenced by kinematic uncertainties (e.g.: dimension errors, assembly errors, velocities, etc.) and kinetic uncertainties (e.g.: clearance, frictions, loads, etc.), its design performance is uncertain within certain range. Meanwhile, during the long-term use, its performance degrades due to the clearance wear. The above two aspects affect the stability of the performance of the related machinery and equipment products. Seriously, it will cause significant property damage and personal injury. To ensure the stability of the performance of the linkage mechanism, this project considers the impact of the above various uncertain factors, and performance degradation caused by wearing clearance, and studies the robust design method of the performance-degradating link mechanism caused by wearing clearance.
