中文摘要: 本项目研究运动中的旋转机构承受确定性的分布型外部动载荷的源识别问题,其工程背景来源于四代战机内埋弹舱的打开机构。为使打开机构在复杂耦合环境中也能够得到稳定控制,对打开机构进行优化设计是必要的,而外部动载荷信息对优化设计极为有用。由于这种复杂耦合环境中对动载荷进行直接测量几乎不可能,间接识别研究就极具价值。对于稳态和瞬态两种不同的动载荷情况,本项目将分别建立旋转机构的分布动载荷的不同的识别理论,并以旋转梁和旋转板两种对象进行理论核实、数值模拟和试验验证。重点解决三个关键问题:一是探索建立适于旋转机构的分布动载荷识别的动力学逆模型,二是解决旋转产生的刚柔耦合对识别问题带来的影响,三是解决识别分布动载荷问题中的更多的不适定的来源(离散动载荷识别问题也存在不适定性,但分布动载荷识别问题中产生不适定的来源更多)。

英文摘要: The project deals with the problem of reconstructing the deterministic distributed dynamic load on rotary mechanism, and it is derived from the emancipation mechanism of the internal buried bomb bay on the four-generation fighter. To guarantee the rotary mechanism in a complex coupling enviroment be stably controlled, it is necessary to optimize the design of the rotary mechanism, which markedly benefit from the prior information about the external dynamic load. Since direct measurement of the external dynamic load in such a complex coupling enviroment is impossible, indirect reconstruction of the external dynamic load is of great value.Two theories will be established respectively on reconstructing the distributed dynamic load on rotary mechanism according to whether the load is steady-state or transient, and they will be verified on rotating beam and rotating plate respectively via simulation and experiment.Efforts are to be focused on three key issues in the project. The first issue is how to construct the inverse dynamics model for reconstructing the distributed dynamic load on rotary mechanism. The second one is to settle the rigid-flexible coupling effect on load reconstruction caused by rotation.
