中文摘要: 开展面向大型民航机场感知的噪声监测及评估理论与关键技术研究非常必要, 而且十分紧迫。理由是:"十一五"我国民航机场的增加、扩建和改造百舸争流,民航运输 业务翻滚飚升;"十二五"民航业继续高歌猛进。与此同时,由此导致的机场噪声对环境的 污染日益严重,社会正为此付出越来越沉重的代价。尤其令人不安的是:我国民航机场噪声 监测、评估尚在启蒙,相关理论基础和关键技术研究亟待开展。 为此,申请单位拟开展以下研究:1)建立飞机运动声源声辐射预估理论模型和声辐射与动态复杂机场噪声声场之间的关系;2)研究机场噪声声阵列测试及声场可视化关键技术;3)构建基于飞机运动声源声场的机场噪声实时监测和在线评估INM 专家系统。本研究成果将为机场噪声监测、评价、防护以及对环境污染的治理,提供科学依据和技术支撑。

英文摘要: Theoretical and key technological research on monitoring and ruling of the noise sensed in large civilian airports is very necessary and urgent.The reasons include the need of the increase,extension and reconstruction of airport for civil aviation and the air transport industry are enhancing which is published by the civil aviation authority of civil aviation "Eleven-Five" plan. Satisfying this requeirement is also the focal point of The Twelfth Five-Year Plan.At the same time,the noise from the airport has been the major factor of environmental pollution and the socity pays a heavy price for this.It is disquieting that the theoretical and key technological research on monitoring and ruling of the noise sensed in airports is primary.In order to deal with this problem,the main theory and technology investigated are as follows.1)Giving the moving sound source radiation theory and predictive model of airport.2)Researching the key techniques of soundfield microphone array test and soundfield visualization.3)Establishing online monitoring and evaluating expert system based on the soundfield of the moving sound source from airplane.The investigation will provide an important foundation for the advanced development of the noise control of airport.
