中文摘要: 对虾养殖业是我国海水养殖的支柱产业,其产业升级却面临严重的病毒病威胁。发掘识别和阻断病毒感染相关基因,开展其作用机理研究,对了解抗病毒免疫的途径和过程,发展病害控制技术具有重要的理论和实践意义。本课题根据高通量测序技术获得的斑节对虾TLR22基因片段的基础上,重点开展1)斑节对虾TLR22及通路关键基因鉴定;2)TLR22对病毒相关分子模式(PAMP)识别机制;3)TLR22介导的抗病毒天然免疫反应等三方面研究内容。通过研究揭示斑节对虾TLR22识别病毒相关分子模式的功能和特性,进而了解其抗病毒作用机制,从而拓展对虾抗病毒免疫识别的学科领域,为制备特异性抗病毒免疫增强剂提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Prawn industry is the mainstay industry in China aquaculture. However,the development of the industry was threaten by serious viral disease. Search for the genes functioned in recognizing and blocking the viral genes and research on their mechnisms, is benefit to understand the pathway and process invovled in antiviral immunity. The above research also provides the important theoretical and practical guidance on disease control. Base on a TLR22 homologue obtained from Penaeus monodon, our program focus on three points, including: 1) identification the TLR22 and key factor genes in TLR22 signal pathway from Penaeus monodon; 2) the mechnism that TLR22 recogizes the viral pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMP) ; 3) the antiviral innate immune response mediated by TLR22. Our reasearch will preveal the recognition function and characteristics of TLR22, and explain its antiviral mechnism. The results will develop in the field of antiviral immune recognition, and also provide the theoretical and technical basis for antiviral immunopotentiator.
