中文摘要: 本项目拟围绕基于熔锥耦合光波导的超声检测关键技术展开研究,重点研究熔锥耦合光波导超声传感机理及其特征参数的提取与优化,基于多路复用技术的阵列传感器结构的设计。研究内容包括1)声波对熔锥耦合光波导波长的影响规律及其超声传感机理的研究2)多因素影响下熔锥耦合光波导的传输特性的研究3)熔锥耦合光波导超声传感器的多路复用技术及其阵列结构的研究。本项目的研究为该传感技术更好应用于局部放电超声检测和阵列定位提供理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: This project is devoted to the research of the key technology for partial discharge ultrasonic detection based on fused-tapered coupled fiber waveguide, the focus is on the research of the fused tapered coupled fiber waveguide ultrasonic sensing mechanism and its feature parameter extraction and optimization, as well as the structure design of the array sensor based on the multiplexing technology. The research contents include: 1) the study of the influence law of the acoustic wave on the wave length of fused-tapered coupled fiber waveguide and its ultrasonic sensing mechanism, 2) the research of the transmission characteristics of the fused-tapered coupled fiber waveguide with multifactor influence, 3) the research of multiplexing technology and array structure of the fused-tapered coupled fiber waveguide. The study of this project provides the theoretical and technical foundation for the application of such sensing technology to the partial discharge ultrasonic detection and array location.
