中文摘要: 沥青与集料之间的相互作用是沥青混合料结构形成的决定性因素,二者之间的作用主要与表面效应有关。沥青与集料粘附性能的好坏首先取决于沥青对集料的浸润性能,而集料的表面构造是影响沥青浸润性能的重要因素。表面润湿现象研究主要集中于液滴在光滑表面及构造的规则表面上,液滴对表面的润湿模型包括全湿模型和全不湿模型,没有考虑液滴对表面的浸润作用。集料的表面构造包括表面孔隙和表面纹理两部分。分形理论可有效描述集料表面的纹理构造和孔隙特征,建立基于分形理论的集料表面构造模型。根据集料的表面构造建立沥青的浸润模型和润湿模型,分析影响沥青浸润性能的影响因素,并与沥青与集料的接触角结果相验证。本研究成果将为沥青路面集料的选择及加工提供理论依据,提高沥青路面抗水损坏能力。

英文摘要: The interaction of asphalt and aggregate is the decision factor of the asphalt mixture's structure. The adhesion performance between asphalt and aggregate depends on the wetting properties. The aggregate's surface structures are the important factors to the wetting properties. Surface wetting phenomenon researches mainly focus on droplet in the smooth surface and regular rough surface. The solid-liquid contact angle models consist of the full wet model and none wet model. The closed gas is not taken into account. The aggregate's surface microstructures consist of aggregate porosity surface texture. The fractal theory can effectively characterize the feature of the aggregate's surface microstructures. The wetting models are built considering the aggregate's surface microstructures. The influencing factors are analyzed according to the models. The results will be verified by the contact angles. The test result support theoretical ground for the aggregate's process and surface modifier, which can improve the asphalt pavement's anti water damage ability.
