中文摘要: 针对当前无法预知高废旧料掺配率厂拌热再生沥青混合料中再生剂与旧沥青混溶状态迁移从而影响再生沥青混合料使用阶段性能的科学问题,本项目从测试方法入手,选择特定的标记物对再生剂进行标记,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜和能量色散X射线光谱仪,建构再生剂与旧沥青混溶过程中再生剂在旧集料外部的三维特征分布图像,基于该图像,提出再生剂与旧沥青混溶状态的分析指标。在此基础上,对再生剂与旧沥青混溶状态和相应的混合料性能进行持续观测和试验,引入生存分析理论,结合主成分分析法和多元统计方法,充分利用截断数据的信息,考虑RAP掺量、生产拌合条件和试件养护温度的交互影响,建立混溶状态分析指标的Cox比例风险模型,揭示再生剂与旧沥青混溶状态迁移规律及其与热再生沥青混合料性能的关系,建立高废旧料掺配率热再生沥青混合料性能标准。项目成果为完善高废旧料掺量热再生沥青混合料设计方法奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: To solve the problem of cannot predicting the changes of blending status between rejuvenator and aged binder, which significantly impacts the pavement performance of recycled asphalt mixtures(RAM), in plant-produced RAM with high reclaimed asphalt pavement(RAP) blending rate,a measurement method is proposed firstly.In this method, the rejuvenator is labeled using marker.Then,the three-dimensional images of rejuvenator which distributed outside the aggregate during the blending process between rejuvenator and aged binder is built and a quantitative characterization indicator of blending status is proposed.Secondly,the blending status between rejuvenator and aged binder and related pavement performance of RAM are measured continuously.The experimental data are analyzed using survival analysis methods,principal components analysis methods and multivariate statistical analysis methods. The interaction between the RAP blending rate, mixing process and sample maintenance tempreture are also considered. Finally,a Cox proportional hazards model of the indicator of blending status is built which reveals the evolution law of blending status between rejuvenator and aged binder, reflects its relationship with pavement performance of RAM and built pavement performance criteria of RAM with high RAP blending rate.
