中文摘要: 灌溉水源不足,已成为许多国家农业发展所面临的共同问题。在水资源短缺地区,灌区排水资源利用已成为缓解水源供需矛盾、提高灌溉用水利用率的重要途径之一。灌区排水资源实施再灌溉之前,对现有条件是否适宜利用的要求,以及实施后可能产生的影响做出评价,对于科学合理指导其再利用实践具有重要意义。本项目以灌区水肥资源高效利用和生态环境保护为核心,通过灌区排水资源利用的灌溉-排水-土壤-作物-地下水系统的调研、监测、试验研究和理论分析,从机理上揭示排水资源利用的影响机制、主控因子及其相互关联度,分析排水资源利用适宜性评价的内涵及基本特征,研究构建排水资源利用适宜性评价的指标体系框架,探讨评价指标的分级标准、指标量化方法和权重的确定方法,建立适合排水资源利用特点和要求的综合评价方法,并进行评价方法的合理可行性实例验证,提出排水资源利用的适宜条件、利用方式和潜力。

英文摘要: Irrigation water shortage has become a common problem faced by agricultural development in many countries. In water shortage area, the drainage water reuse in the irrigation district has become one important way to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and improve the utilization of irrigation water. Prior to the drainage water reuse, the evaluation whether the existing conditions are suitable to reuse requirements and what are the possible effects after the implementation will have important significance for scientific and rational guidance of reuse practice. Taking efficient utilization of water and fertilizer resources, the protection of soil and water environment as the core, based on the investigation, measurement, experimental study and theoretical analysis of irrigation-drainage-soil-crop-groundwater system in the drainage reuse areas, this project will reveal the influence mechanism, main control factors and mutual correlation of drainage water reuse, analyze the content and basic features of adaptability evaluation of drainage water reuse, study the index system structure of adaptability evaluation of drainage water reuse, discuss the grading standards, quantitative method and weight determination method of indexes and establish the comprehensive evaluation method suit
