中文摘要: 改变土地资源的低效利用,优化用地结构,合理布局,解决土地资源利用过程中带来的生态环境问题,是解决目前土地资源合理利用与生态环境保护协调发展的重要途径。本研究在河南省提倡不以牺牲农业和粮食、生态和环境为代价建设中原经济区背景下,以河南省西南部丹河流域为例,在对研究区土地利用特点及存在问题进行系统分析,对其生态服务价值进行遥感定量测算以及对其生态用地进行评价的基础上,在保障适宜生态用地和追求生态效益优先并兼顾经济效益以及同时满足其他多种约束条件下,采用差分进化算法进行土地利用结构优化,然后将结构优化结果作为数量约束嵌入CA模型进行土地利用空间格局优化,从而找到区域生态约束条件下的具有最优空间布局的土地利用优化配置方案,为实现区域土地资源可持续利用和生态环境保护提供科学依据。本研究拟在生态用地分类与评价、土地利用数量结构与空间格局优化以及生态约束条件下土地资源优化配置方法等方面有所突破与创新。

英文摘要: They are the important ways to resolve the current issues of land use and ecological environmental protection to change the inefficiency of land use and optimize land use structure and spatial pattern. This study is proposed in the context that Henan province constructs the Central Plains Economic Zone based on ensure food security and protection of ecological environment. In this study, the Dan river basin in the southwest of Henan province is selected as a case study. Firstly, the characteristics and existing problems of land use in the study area are analyzed systematically, and the ecosystem services value and their ecological land are valuated by using remote sensing images and other data. Then, the land use structure is optimized using the differential evolution algorithm under the priority to protect the appropriate ecological land and ecological benefits, as well as a variety of other constraints. On this basis, the optimization result of land use structure is embedded in the CA model as the quantitative constraints to optimize the spatial pattern, in order to find the optimal land use planning under ecological constraints.
