中文摘要: 随雷达、微波通讯和航空航天等科学技术的发展,随电子原器件及设备的小型化和高度集成化,微波、电磁波吸收材料的应用日趋广泛。本项目以研究制备一种新型高性能铁电铁磁两相复合吸波材料为目标,通过引入渗流概念,为实现超高性能化提出了全新思路。项目在复合体系中通过原位复合工艺,控制在大量的铁磁相颗粒周围被一层极薄铁电相包裹,产生非线性渗流效应,实现材料的超高介电性、高磁性和高损耗共存,突破了复合材料体系中通常出现的一相性能会受另一相影响大幅下降而无法同时获得高性能的难题,使复相材料的各单项性能比复合前材料都有极大幅度的提高。渗流型吸波材料兼具铁电、铁磁性能的特点及超高性能的同时获得,可满足材料对性能匹配调节和高效吸收的要求,有利于大幅提高对电磁波的哀减能力并使吸波效果有突破性改善,这为新型高性能吸波材料的开发提供了新的研究思路。初步研究已经取得了重要结果。项目的研究将为相关材料性能突破起到重要作用。

英文摘要: As is known, microwave absorbing material is more and more interested, facing electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems, in recent years due to the growth of LSIC and electronic devices and development of aeronautics and aerospace technology except for initial purpose of detection avoidance and camouflage in military. This work focus on preparation of a novel ferroelectric and ferromagnetic composite materials with high performance in electromagnetic wave absorption, in which a new concept, the percolation theory, is successfully introduced into the composite to increase significantly the wave absorption. In this case, the composite is prepared in situ by sol gel method with microstructure composed of two phases of the perovskite and spinel, in which the spinel is controlled to form significantly and surrounded by only a thin layer of the perovskite phase. The percolation behavior with super high threshold is thus obtained in the composite. The problem that the individual character of one phase decreases sharply in general in the composite with the second phase mixed on the basis of composite law is successfully solved and the performance of the composite with super high ferroelectrics, high ferromagnetic and high losses appearing simultaneously is obtained.
