中文摘要: 利用碳纳米管与聚合物分子间的相互作用和碳纳米管在聚合物基体中滑移产生能量损耗,为制备碳纳米管/聚合物阻尼复合材料提供了一种新思路,相对于文献以热塑性和热固性树脂为聚合物基体研究碳纳米管复合材料的动态粘弹性,以橡胶为聚合物基体的碳纳米管复合材料的阻尼性能研究具有更重要的应用价值。本项目以硅橡胶(VMQ)为聚合物基体,研究多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)对MWNT/VMQ复合材料动态力学性能的影响机理。通过研究复合材料中MWNT结合橡胶、Payne效应,确定复合材料中网络结构的形成与网络化程度,进一步研究网络结构的打破与重建对材料动态力学性能的影响;通过研究MWNT/VMQ复合材料的动态力学性能,确定碳纳米管与VMQ分子链间的滑移对复合材料动态损耗的贡献;最终阐明MWNT对MWNT/VMQ复合材料动态力学性能的影响机理,为制备碳纳米管/硅橡胶复合阻尼材料奠定理论基础。

英文摘要: Using the interaction between carbon nanotubes and the polymer molecular and the energy loss from the carbon nanotubes slipping in polymer matrix, we can find a new method to prepare carbon nanotubes/polymer damping composites. Comparing to the study on dynamic mechanical properties of carbon nanotubes composites based on thermoplastic and thermosetting resins in literatures, the composites based on rubber have more important value. In this research, multi-wall carbon nanotubes/silicone rubber (MWNT/VMQ) composites will be prepared, and the mechanism of the effect of MWNT on the dynamic mechanical properties of the composites will be studied thoroughly. Through the research of the bounded rubber and Payne Effect, we can find the formation of the network structure and the degree of the network in the composites. Through the research of the dynamic mechanical properties of the MNWT/VMQ composites, the contribution of the slipping between the MWNT and VMQ to the energy loss will be decided. Based on all the research work, the mechanism of the effect of MWNT on the dynamic mechanical properties will be clarified, and this will establish the basis for preparation of MWNT/VMQ danmping composites.
