中文摘要: 为有效改善混凝土工程结构的减振、降噪能力,保障结构的安全性,本项目拟研制一种阻尼效果突出,与混凝土材料间力学性能匹配良好的水泥聚合物基压电/导电智能阻尼复合材料。通过复掺工艺,将水泥、高分子聚合物材料、不同类型的压电材料及碳系导电材料融合于阻尼复合材料体系中,并优化设计基体相、压电相及导电相在系统中的组成与分布;研究各组成相对阻尼复合材料的粘弹阻尼特性、压电性能及导电性能的影响规律,确定最佳的阻尼复合材料系统构成;研究各组成相在阻尼复合材料体系中发挥的阻尼机制,建立等效的力-电一体化模型,明确阻尼复合材料体系中各组成相间的能量转换机理,为制备高效的阻尼复合材料提供理论依据;揭示阻尼复合材料与混凝土材料间的耦合阻尼作用机理,为其在混凝土工程结构中的实际应用奠定理论基础。本项目研究不仅能为土木工程结构的减振、降噪技术提供新材料,而且亦有望为结构的智能化发展提供更加丰富的理论依据。

英文摘要: A kind of cement polymer based piezoelectric/conductive intelligent damping composite, which has superior damping property as well as mechanics matching ability with concrete, will be developed in this project.This research will provide new material for improving the damping abilities and safety of concrete engineering structure.Cement, polymer, piezoelectric and conductive mateials will be chosen as raw materials to fabricate the composite with compouding technique. The composition and distribution of matrix, piezoelectric phase and conductive phase in the composite system will be optimally designed.The influences of different composition on viscoelastic damping property, piezoelectric property and conductive property of the composite will be studied so as to determine the optimal system constitution of the damping composite.The equivalent mechanical-electrical model will be built and energy transfer mechanisms among different compositions will also be determined by studying the damping effect of kinds of composition in the composite system.The coupling damping effect mechanism between the composite and concrete will be disclosed, which can provide theory basis for the practical application of this kind of damping composite in concrete engineering structure.
