中文摘要: 创业者必然嵌入到网络中,企业家社会网络是企业成长的重要动因。长期以来,有关社会网络的研究主要集中在工商企业领域,较少关注社会网络在中小农业创业企业成长中的作用。农业企业属于弱势产业,承担的风险更大,获取资源难度大,技术创新难并容易被模仿。农业企业的弱质性致使农业企业家嵌入的社会网络有其自身的特征和变化规律,对企业战略和绩效有其不同影响。本项目运用调查数据,采用多元回归以及结构方程(SEM)模型等方法,实证研究企业家社会网络与中小农业企业创业成长绩效关系,主要研究目的在于:(1)认识中小农业企业家社会网络特征及其在不同创业阶段的变化规律;(2)了解社会网络及其在不同创业阶段、企业家特质和环境下对企业战略的影响;(3)揭示社会网络、企业战略及其匹配对中小农业企业创业成长绩效的影响及其作用机制;最后,在实证基础上,课题提出促进中小农业企业成长的相关管理对策。

英文摘要: Entrepreneurs must be embedded in the network, the entrepreneurs' social network is the important cause of firm growth. For a long time, the relevant social network research focuses in the field of industry and commerce enterprise,pays less attentions to the role of social network in small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises growth. Agricultural enterprises belong to the weak industry, bear a greater risk of resource acquisition, its technology innovation is difficult, and easy to be copied. vulnerability of agricultural enterprises makes the social network embedded in by agricultural entrepreneurs has its own characteristics and law of change, its influence on enterprise strategy and performance is different. This project intends to provide an empirical research on the relationship between social network and venture growth performance of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises, The research will take the survey data, with the use of such methods as multiple regression and structural equation model (SEM). The main contents include:(1) Know entrepreneurs social network characteristics and its changing rule in different stage of Small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises ;(2) Understand the influence of social networks and its in different stages of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship, and environment on enterprise strategy;;(3) reveal the social network, enterprise strategy and its matching effects on, small and medium agriculture enterprises venture growth performance and its mechanism of action. Finally, the management countermeasures to promote the growth of small and medium-sized agricultural enterprises will be put forward based on the empirical research results.
