中文摘要: 康复训练机器人在训练康复患者的过程中,安全是首要考虑的问题。由于患者在训练过程中肌肉有可能发生痉挛,因此康复训练机器人应具有智能判断肌肉痉挛的功能。本项目拟通过康复训练过程中患肢的力、位置及角速度等康复训练物理信息,采用生物力学评定方法,对康复训练患肢的痉挛进行定量评定研究。首先为肌肉痉挛的患肢建立统计模型,设计相应的数据辨识和处理方法,准确判断患者上肢是否发生肌肉痉挛及对其进行定量评估,并根据具体情况进行相应的处理,进而避免康复患者因突发肌肉痉挛而产生二次伤害,同时为康复训练机器人在线定量评估肌肉痉挛提供新思路和理论依据。

英文摘要: Security considerations is significant for rehabilitation robot during its training. While a patient receives rehabilitation training, the muscle spasticity may occur. Thus, the robot should have the function of intelligent judgment for muscle spasticity. This project is to study the quantitative assessment of muscle spasticity of the training limb with the method of biomechanics through the rehabilitation training physical information such as the force, position and angular velocity of the affected limb. First, the statistical model of the spastic limb should be built, then whether the muscle spasticity occurs can be quantitatively evaluated by devising data identifying and processing method, and follow-up treatment can be carried on according to the evaluation. Thus the patient can avoid secondary injury due to the sudden muscle spasm. The research also can provide new thinking and theoretical basis for the muscle spasticity online quantitative assessment on rehabilitation training robot.
