中文摘要: 数控机床的加工缺陷是机床各组件误差综合传递作用的结果,如何根据被加工工件的加工缺陷来逆向追踪出造成该缺陷的机床主要误差成因是一个复杂的问题,目前针对该问题的研究尚未全面展开。本课题以多体系统运动学理论为基础,着重研究数控机床验收用样件加工缺陷的逆向追踪理论和方法,拟重点解决以下三个核心问题:1.加工缺陷的产生机理分析、数学表征与分类;2.将研究精力集中在非振动引起的工件加工精度缺陷,以多体系统运动学理论和伺服系统建模方法为基础,推导建立考虑伺服系统运动特性的机床加工缺陷生成模型;3.借鉴机器人等其它领域的敏感度分析方法,研究机床加工缺陷成因的逆向追踪理论和方法。本课题的研究成果,不仅有助于数控机床研制单位快速、准确的找出机床加工缺陷的主要成因,排除故障,而且会促进其提前把握机床运行状况、改进机床设计,进而促使我国有更多型号的自主创新高档数控机床产品早日投放市场。

英文摘要: Machining disfigurement of CNC machine tools is the synthetical transfer result of every machine parts errors. It is a complex problem about how to converse tracing the main cause of the machine tools according to the disfigurement of machining part.Till now the study about such queston is nearly absence. Based on multi-body kinematic theory, this item mainly investigates the converse tracing theory and method of machining disfigurement according to machining bug on sample part which used in machine tools accuracy inspection. There are 3 key questions will be resolved:1.mechanism analyse, mathematics expression and classifing method for machining disfigurement; 2. Focus on the kinds of machining disfigurement which are not arosed by vibration, this item will bulit the machining disfigurement produce model of machine tools which servo movement performance be considered. 3. Reference the sensitivity analytic methods which are always used in robot studing, this item will study the converse tracing theory and method of machining disfigurement cause. The achievement of this item will help the machine tools manufacture not only to quickly detect and repair the disfigurement of the machine tools,but also to grasp the performance, improve the design of machine tools before the machine tools has been produded.
