中文摘要: 相移数字全息技术在干涉计量和三维显微成像中具有重要应用。传统时间相移法不能实现实时相移测量,而传统空间相移法需要繁琐的像素级位置匹配和灰度矫正。近年国外新出现的基于像素偏振片阵列的相移技术能够克服时间相移法和空间相移法的缺点,实现实时相移数字全息,并已制作出像素偏振片阵列和开发了相应干涉计量设备,垄断了国内市场。目前国外制作的像素偏振片阵列的消光比为几十,并且不能实现显微物体跟踪与显示等功能。申请人所在课题组在国内率先开展了像素偏振片阵列的制作和应用研究,制作出消光比400以上的320×240像素偏振片阵列,初步实现了Stokes偏振参量测量和偏振增强反隐形探测实验。本项目是前期工作的继续深入和推进,拟制备高分辨率的像素偏振片阵列,并将其应用于研究实时相移数字全息干涉计量和实时相移数字全息三维显微和跟踪显示两个科学问题,打破国外相关技术和设备的垄断,创造广阔的社会价值和经济效益。

英文摘要: Phase shifting digital holography technology has important applications in interferometry and three-dimensional microscopic imaging. Traditional time phase shifting (TPS) method can't achieve real-time phase measurement, while traditional spatial phase shifting (SPS) method requires rigorous pixel-level position matching and grayscale correction. In recent years, a new phase shifting technology based on pixelated polarizer array can overcome the disadvantages of the TPS and SPS methods, and can achieve real-time phase shifting digital holography. Pixelated polarizer array has been produced and related interferometer measurement equipment has been developed, and the domestic market has been monopolized by foreign enterprises. Currently the extinction ratio of pixelated polarizer array produced abroad is about dozens, and the capabilities of microscopic object tracking and display are not achieved. The research group of applicant firstly carried out the fabrication and application researches of the pixelated polarizer array, and the extinction ratio of fabricated 320 × 240 pixelated polarizer array is more than 400. The Stokes parameter measurement and polarization enhanced anti- stealth detection experiments are realized. This project is to continue and advance preliminary work, to fabricate pixelated polarizer array of high-resolution, and to solve two scientific issues of real-time phase shifting digital holographic interferometry and real-time three-dimensional phase shifting digital holographic microscopy and trace display. This issue will break the monopoly of foreign enterprise and create a broad social value and economic benefits.
