中文摘要: 为了在获取二维超分辨信息的同时,实现快速高精度三维信息的获取和重建,本项目拟利用光场成像技术可获取具有空间相关性序列图像的特点,通过精确控制成像系统中阵列器件的参数和解决信息重建过程中制约分辨率提高的若干关键问题,建立具有快速高精度三维信息获取能力的超分辨信息获取和重建方法。项目拟通过研究光场成像系统的三维点扩散函数,对光场成像技术的分辨率进行定量表征,结合光场成像技术原理,利用数字仿真和光学实验手段,通过精确控制记录子透镜间隔建立基于光场成像技术的超分辨信息快速获取方法,通过对三维信息重建技术中信噪比低和同名像点匹配精度低等关键问题的解决,采用像素绘制技术和统计重构算法,实现亚像素水平二维图像和深度信息的重建,并建立基于光场成像技术的超分辨信息显微成像实验系统。本项目的研究将有助于推动光场成像技术中分辨率提高及数字重建等关键科学问题的研究,为其应用奠定重要的理论和技术基础。

英文摘要: Based on the knowledge that the spatial correlation of the sequential images can be achieved by light field imaging technology, this project proposes a method for the realization of fast and precise acquisition and reconstruction of 3D information, meanwhile acquiring 2D information with super-resolution, by means of controlling the array-device parameters precisely and solving the key problems of limiting resolution enhancement in reconstruction. In the proposal, the resolution of light field imaging will be defined and analyzed by studying three-dimensional point spread function of the system. In addition, according to the principles of light field imaging, simulations and optical experiments will be implemented to build the fast and super-resolution imaging prototype by controlling the interval of the elemental lens precisely. By breaking the limit of signal-to-noise rate and matching accuracy of corresponding imaging points in three dimensional reconstructions, two-dimensional images in sub-pixel level with depth information will be reconstructed using pixel mapping technique and statistic reconstruction method. In addition, an experimental system of super-resolution microscopic imaging based on light field imaging technology will be set up. This proposal will propel the research of light field imaging technology on resolution enhancement and digital reconstructions. It will provide an important theoretical and technical foundation to the application of light field imaging technology.
