中文摘要: 本项目为解决目前数字全息层析技术在动态分析时所存在的不足,发展一种新型的数字全息层析成像技术。将压缩感知理论与数字全息技术相结合,通过引入小波变换对全息图进行更加精细的稀疏表示,实现基于单幅离轴Fresnel全息图的压缩感知数字全息层析成像,以满足动态分析的需要。主要的研究内容包括理论研究与实验研究两方面。理论方面包括:(1)基于压缩感知理论与数字全息数值重建技术,构建离轴Fresnel全息图的层析算法框架;(2)通过引入合适的小波变换设计快速有效的稀疏分解算法;(3)优化重构算法。实验方面包括:(1)数值模拟实验;(2)和算法条件匹配的实验光路系统的搭建;(3)实验研究对层析重建算法的优化;(4)实验研究对活体生物样品层析成像。该项目对解决生命科学研究中对活体样品动态层析成像分析的迫切需求、促进数字全息层析技术在生命科学研究领域中的广泛应用,具有重要的科学意义。

英文摘要: In order to overcome the defect of the digital holographic tomography for the dynamic analysis, the compressive sensing theory is applied to the digital holography to reconstruct the three-dimension objects from single shot digital holograph by introducing the sparse way using wavelet transform. The research mainly includes two aspects, theory and experiment. The theory includes: (1) derive the algorithm for the reconstruction of off-axis Fresnel holograph using compressive sensing; (2) design the effective sparse algorithm by introducing wavelet transform; (3) optimize the reconstruction algorithm. The experiment includes: (1) perform numerical simulations to demonstrate the validity of the aforementioned methods; (2) design the apparatus for the digital holographic tomography experiments; (3) optimize the algorithm by performing the experiments; (4) perform the experiments of the living specimens. This technique is of great significance in the development of the research of the life sciences and the dynamic analysis, and it can achieve the tomography for the living specimens.
