中文摘要： 在国际贸易保护主义重新抬头的背景下，中国产品在国际市场上遭遇了严酷的贸易壁垒，成为制约中国对外贸易健康发展的重要因素。以往针对国际贸易壁垒的研究从区域、国家或行业视角入手，未能从企业视角探究贸易壁垒的形成根源、影响和应对措施。而企业是从事出口活动的微观主体，又是贸易壁垒的直接作用对象，本课题旨在突破以往研究的局限，从微观企业视角探究贸易壁垒的应对策略。利用已有数据和资料，创建"中国企业面临贸易壁垒数据库"；依托近年来兴起的厂商异质性贸易理论和贸易政策政治经济学理论，在贸易壁垒的形成因素和应对策略分析中融入企业因素，构建理论模型来刻画中国企业遭遇贸易壁垒的深层次原因和应对与协调机制；在构建理论模型的基础上，综合运用本课题建立的数据库，以及工业企业数据库和海关数据库，从企业层面进行有针对性的经验分析，从而构建指导中国企业应对贸易壁垒的策略体系，奠定中国对外贸易和宏观经济可持续发展的微观基础。

英文摘要： As trade protectionism prevails after Global Financial Crisis, Chinese products have been encountering rigorous trade barriers in international market, which embarrassed the development of China's foreign trade. Previous research on trade barriers are based on regional, country or industry level, while failed to analyze the origin and resolving measures based on firm level. As firms are the micro agent of export and the direct target of trade barriers, this project will explore the resolving strategies of trade barriers from the standpoint of firms. We will establish "Trade Barriers toward Chinese Firms Database", utilizing the available data and information. We will establish theoretical models to reveal deep reasons and coordination mechanism of trade barriers for Chinese firms, based on trade theory under heterogeneous firms and political economy of trade policy. Then we will run firm- level empirical analysis by utilizing our "Trade Barriers Database", "Chinese Manufacture Firms Database", and "Chinese Custom Statistics Database". We will construct resolving strategic system of trade barriers for Chinese firms so that it will offer the micro- foundations of China's foreign trade and macro economy.
