中文摘要： 按照研究设计，课题组在微观层面深入探讨了集群企业迁移过程的内在逻辑，并重点揭示了核心企业迁入/迁出对区域产业集群演进的影响机理。完成有标注的期刊论文9篇，博士学位论文1篇。其中，权威1篇，A类5篇。 理论和实证研究的主要结论如下。①#22312;迁移意愿形成方面，不可替代的区域要素是集群企业外迁的关键动因；能力较强的集群企业并没有表现出更高的外迁意愿，而规模较大的集群企业则表现出更高的留守意愿。②#22312;目标区位选择方面，针对中国上市公司的研究表明，总部迁移活跃区域表现出集中性；总部迁入区域表现出集聚性，形成了集聚中心与次中心；总部迁出区域表现出分异性，不仅存在高迁出、低迁入区域，也存在高迁出、高迁入区域。③#22312;迁移绩效方面，迁移是集群企业实现成长的有效途径之一，但对集群企业绩效的提升作用有限。④#22312;迁移对产业集群演进影响方面，迁入FDI企业在短期内将会对本土集群企业成长带来消极影响；龙头企业迁出在短期内会对与之关系紧密的具有一定规模的本地集群企业产生不利影响，但对边缘企业则影响不大。课题研究在微观层面拓展了集群企业迁移行为研究的视野；在中观层面立足核心企业推进了集群企业迁移效果研究的深化。

英文摘要： Based on theoretical and empirical research, the main conclusions were as follows. ①In the formation of relocating intention, irreplaceable regional elements were the key drivers of cluster firms relocation; Firms with high degree of internal ability did not show a higher degree of relocating intention, while firms with larger scale showed a higher degree of staying intention. ②In the selection of target areas, studies based on listed companies in China, revealed the headquarters relocating activity concentrated into the a few regions; from target regions' perspective, some center and sub-centers have been forming with headquarters' relocation; form original regions' perspective, not only existed some regions with high moving-out and low moving-into, some regions accompanied with high moving-out and high moving-into also emerged. ③in the relocating performance, relocation was one of the ways of cluster firms for growth, but the effect was limited. ④in the impact of relocation on the evolution of industrial clusters, the moving-into of FDI in the short term, would have a negative impact on the growth of the local cluster; The moving-out of leading firm in the short term would have negative affect on some firms with close relations with them and higher scale, but have negligible impact on some firms with no directly relation with them. Our studies at the micro level expanded the vision of the cluster firms' relocating behavior researches, and from leading firms' perspective promoted the deepening of the impact of cluster firms' relocation at the meso level.
