中文摘要: 摩擦离合器作为传递和中断传动系统动力的典型控制部件,结构简单、传递的转矩容量大、功率损耗少,在汽车自动变速器、汽车和机械装备等动力传动系统中得到了广泛使用。离合器的动态特性与多种非线性因素有关,如离合器从动盘轴向的非线性特性、主从动轴的安装误差、从动盘和压盘的端面跳动、摩擦面的粘-滑运动等。对离合器传动系统的建模是一个典型的机械系统摩擦动力学问题。本项目的主要研究内容有:(1) 研究摩擦离合器动态特性的建模方法、模型参数辨识的试验方法和数值求解方法;(2)提出摩擦离合器传动系统有多种非线性因素时(如边界激励、粘-滑运动、分段非线性微分方程等),这一复杂机械系统摩擦动力学动态特性分析的建模方法、数值求解技术和试验测试方法;(3)提出综合优化离合器动态特性和摩擦离合器传动系统动态特性的设计理论与方法。项目以提出复杂机械摩擦系统动力学系统的分析技术与方法,解决工程中复杂混合动力学问题为最终目的。

英文摘要: A frictional clutch has the characteristics of simple structure, large torque transmission ability, lower power consumption,etc., and is widely used in automotic transmissions, driveline system in vehicles and other mechanical system to transmit or interrupt power. The dynamic performances of a clutch is determined by many non-linear factors, such as non-linear axial stiffness of clutch disk, misalignment from driving and driven shafts and slip-stick motion on clutch facing, etc.. To model a driveline system with a frictional clutch is to model one complex mechanical system with tribology in engineering. The purposes of this project are: (1) To investigate the modeling method for the dynamic performance of a frictional clutch, and the methods for experimental and numerical analysis to identify the parameters in the model; (2) To present methods for modeling the complex dynamic behaviors of driveline systems with a frictional clutch that include many nonliear factors, such as boundary value problems, stick-slide motion, piecewise nonlinear differential equations, etc.; to develop the corresponding experimental methods and numerical techniques for the proposed model. (3) To establish a synthesis method for optimizing the dynamic performances of both the clutch and the driveline system. The ultimate purpose of the research is to develop modeling, experimental and numerical methods for obtaining the dynamic performances for a complex mechanical systems with friction in engineering.
