中文摘要: 影响振荡器精度的关键因素在于振荡器的相位噪声本身的复杂性、产生源的广泛性以及对其控制的复杂性等。相位噪声是一个复杂非线性系统的行为,尽管国内外有大量文献对其产生机理、降噪及测量方面进行了研究,但是对它的认识还远远不够,对其控制方面的理论和技术也很不完善。目前,国内外对高稳定低相位噪声振荡器还没有一套完整的行之有效的理论和方法。 本项目将从非线性微分方程出发,通过引入随机项来构建振荡器及其产生相位噪声的表述方法。并采用统计物理的方法加以研究,以期达到建立一种新的较为通用的振荡器相位噪声分析方法;由所得分析方法建立一种实用的低相位噪声振荡器的设计和调试方法。

英文摘要: The key factors affecting the oscillator's accuracy is the complexity of the oscillator's phase noise, the extensive of noise's source and complexity of their control, etc. Phase noise is the behavior of complex nonlinear system. A large amount of literature on the mechanism, noise reduction and measurement for the phase noise of oscillators, but understanding of it is not enough, control theory and technology for it is far from perfect. At present, the theories and analysis methods for high stability and low phase noise of oscillator is not formed. In this project, Description of oscillator's phase noise by used random items to the introduction of the nonlinear differential equation, using statistical physics methods,in order to achieve a more common analysis models and analysis methods of oscillator's phase noise; and to establish a design and debugging methods for the oscillator with low phase noise by the obtained analytical methods.
