中文摘要: 桥式开关变换器是中大功率变换器中应用最为广泛的一种结构。随着功率密度的不断提高,高频及大电流成为必然的发展趋势。在这个过程中,系统的快尺度振荡逐渐成为影响变换器稳定性及可靠性的重要问题。尤其在比较复杂的桥式变换器中,目前国际上还缺乏有效的分析方法及案例。本课题将在已有的研究基础上,系统地研究面向桥式功率开关变换器的快尺度振荡分析方法。首先从桥式变换器的非线性关键器件入手,结合电源及直流电机驱动器等实际应用系统,研究系统中关键小寄生参数的提取方法,得到一种系统级非线性建模方法。然后研究非线性模型求解在时域及频域转化的数学问题,并结合分叉与混沌等理论,深入研究各类快尺度振荡现象,对其产生机理进行分析与归纳。最终能够从理论上认识桥式变换器系统中快尺度振荡现象的本质,提出抑制方法,并在实际系统中验证。

英文摘要: The bridge switching converter is the most widely used topology in high-power converters. With the continuous improvement of the power density, high working frequency and large current are becoming the inevitable trends. In this situation, the fast-scale oscillation of the system has gradually become the important issue of the converter's stability and reliability. Especially in the more complicated bridge converter, it is lack of effective analytical methods and cases now. This project will be based on the basis of existing research, and systematically study the analysis method for fast-scale oscillations in the bridge power switching converters. Firstly, the study starts from the nonlinear key devices of the bridge converter, and combined with the practical applications of the power supply and DC motor drive systems. The extraction methods of important system small parasitic elements will be studied, and a system-level nonlinear modeling method will be proposed. Then, the mathematical problem of the nonlinear model solutions and their transformation between time domain and frequency domain will be researched. Combined with the bifurcation and chaos or other theory, in-depth study of all types of fast-scale oscillations' generation mechanism will be analyzed and summarized.
