中文摘要: 环境污染已成为当今世界很多植物生长发育和系统进化必须面对的新环境,植物能否适应污染取决于在污染条件下它能否获得必需的资源,以满足维持生存、生长发育和繁衍后代的需要,分析污染条件下植物获取资源、配置资源的动态是揭示适应机制的重要切入点。本项目选择铅镉耐受型和敏感型的蚕豆、曼陀罗为实验材料,分析污染条件下它们在水分和营养元素吸收利用、光合作用等方面获取资源的能力,集成上述各方面的数据,解析植物应对污染环境的资源策略及其生态过程,初步揭示污染条件下植物的适应代价,为认识污染条件下植物的进化前途提供理论支持。

英文摘要: Globalized pollutants have formed new environments that all organisms have to face up, and It is of great importance to recognize the challenge from environmental pollution to living beings and their evolutionary fate. This program will focus on the research of resource acquisition in plants exposed to pollution and its adaptation cost through investigation on absorption and ultilization of water and nutriental elements and photosynthesis ability in Vicia faba and Datura stramonium under pollution of toxic heavy metals. The resources, such as water, nutriental elements and biomass will be analysed in main process of life history in the experimental plants under heavy metal pollution. By comprison of the responses norms of different ecotypes (toxic metal tolerant ecotype and sensitive ecotype)to toxic metals, the data to reveal the resource stratergy and ecological mechanisms of plant to long-termed pollution will be priliminarily obtained, some contribution to understanding of the adaptation potential and evolutionary fate of plants under long-termed pollution will be made through this research.
