中文摘要: 如何快速有效地选择供应商是现代企业供应链管理必须解决的关键问题,基于层次分析的群决策方法是解决该问题的有效途径之一。本项目研究不确定环境下基于决策者风险态度和偏好关系相容性的群决策模型。将决策者风险态度引入偏好关系,提出不确定偏好关系的相容性指标,研究群决策中偏好关系之间完全相容、可接受相容的充要条件。同时基于决策者风险态度构建偏差模型提出多种不确定广义信息集成算子,包括不确定广义对数平均算子、不确定广义比例平均算子、不确定广义多重平均算子等,并探讨它们的性质。为了获取决策者的决策权重,基于决策者风险态度将相容性指标和广义信息集成算子相结合,构建不确定群决策模型,探讨群体优性相容性、非劣性相容性存在的最优性条件。通过供应商选择实证分析,分析决策者的风险态度对相容性指标、集成算子以及群决策模型的影响,形成决策者风险态度在不确定群决策中的作用机制,为不确定环境下的群决策提供理论依据和技术支持。

英文摘要: How to select the supplier rapidly and effectively is the crucial problem in supply chain management of modern enterprise. Group decision making (GDM) with analytic hierarchy process is one of the effective ways to solve this problem.The purpose of this project is to study optimal models in GDM based on the risk attitude of decision makers and compatibility of preference relations under uncertain environment. Firstly, by combining the risk atttitude of decision makers with the preference relations, we will propose some new indices of compatibility of uncertain preference relations. Necessary and sufficient conditions of completely or acceptably compatible preference relations will be studied under uncertain environment in GDM problem. Secondly, by introducing the risk attitude of decision makers to the models, we will build different optimal models with deviation functions to propose some new uncertain generalized aggregation operators including the uncertain generalized logarithmic averaging operator, the uncertain generalized proportional averaging operator, the uncertain generalized multiple averaging operator, etc. Their desirable properties will also be investigated.
