中文摘要: 界面粗化标度动力学行为与界面生长的物理学机制有密切关系,研究皮肤癌边界生长的粗化标度动力学行为有助于认识皮肤癌发生和生长的机制。本项目拟研究皮肤癌边界生长及其界面粗化标度动力学特征。我们将建立描述皮肤癌边界时空间发展连续的物理模型,通过数值模拟呈现皮肤癌边界在各种条件下侵入正常皮肤组织并在其中传播的时空间图像。研究内容包括:(1)通过分析皮肤癌边界在传播中的粗化过程,得到皮肤癌边界时空间发展在界面窗口随时间发生变化条件下的界面粗化标度动力学特征;(2)比较两种具有代表性的肿瘤生长假说模式下皮肤癌边界生长的界面粗化标度动力行为;(3)生长环境(各物理参数,包括营养物质分布和外界应力等)对皮肤癌边界不规则性发展(不规则指数)的影响及物理参数在皮肤癌恶性化过程中的作用。研究结果能够为皮肤癌治疗手段的设计提供理论指导,并为进一步研究肿瘤生长和其他系统中的界面传播打下基础。

英文摘要: Roughening dynamics of an interface is related to the mechanism of the interface growth. Scaling dynamics of border roughening of a skin cancer will give hint on the mechanism of the growth of the skin cancer. In this project, we plan to study border growth and roughening dynamics in spatial-temporal development of a skin cancer. A continuum model will be established. Simulation will produce the spatio-temporal process of invasion of the skin cancer into the normal epidermis. Our work will focus on: (1) scaling dynamics of border roughening of the development of the skin cancer when interface window of border propagation is changing; (2) comparison of roughening dynamics under two representive views on the tumor growth, which are expected to provide different scaling dynamics of border roughening of the skin cancer; (3) effects of environment (physical parameters,including nutrition distribution, pressure and so on)on irregular development of skin cancer, irregularity index of border and the scaling dynamics of front invasion. Our results will have application in the tumor therapy because the mechanism of interface growth is related to the scaling dynamics of interface roughening.
