中文摘要: 黄曲霉素是一种剧毒和强致癌物质,其快速检测是农产品品质安全与外贸的重要课题,项目拟花生、玉米等主要农作物的黄曲霉素污染为研究对象,基于其荧光发光特性,利用光谱选择和图像检测技术,研究快速检测黄曲霉素及其主要衍生物有效方法。内容包括:(1)鉴于荧光的微弱性,和被测黄曲霉素衍生物(B1、B2、G1、G2等10余种)的发光特性,确定其激发光谱的最佳特征波长,以获得最大荧光激发能力,由于荧光光谱分析涉及海量数据,拟采用独立分量分析(ICA)方法,进行有效的数据降维和压缩,进而构建特定波长的荧光成像模型;(2)根据图像所反映的荧光强度来测定其黄曲霉素衍生物的浓度,通过荧光图像面积、积分光密度、绝对光密度等参数的测量,建立光谱图像参量与被测黄曲霉素含量之间的回归模型,形成黄曲霉素图像检测的定量化描述方法。课题为研制黄曲霉素荧光无损检测设备提供技术支持,对提高我国农产品安全与国际竞争力具有积极意义。

英文摘要: Aflatoxin is a kind of substance which is toxic and of a strong carcinogen. Rapid detection of it is an important issue of quality security and foreign trade of agricultural product. In this project, the aflatoxin contamination of the important crops, corn and peanut is the subject investigated. Using the technology of spectrum selection and image detection, the method of rapid detection of aflatoxin and its important derivates is researched based on aflatoxin's fluorescence radiation characteristic. It concludes two aspects. (1) According to the attribution of derivates of aflatoxin, the best characteristic wave length of the excitation spectrum is determined in order to get the biggest fluorescence excitation ability. Because the fluorescence analysis needs to deal with massive data, the method of independent component analysis (ICA) is to be used to carry out effective dimension reduction and compression of data in order to construct fluorescence imaging model of specific wavelength; (2) the thickness of aflatoxin's derivates is determined according to the image's fluorescence intensity.
