中文摘要: 本项目拟开发一种新型兼具磁-光-热多功能稀土基复合纳米材料Fe3O4@Au@NaYF4: Yb, Er,通过三者的耦合,使该复合纳米材料同时具有超顺磁性、红外热疗和上转换荧光标识功能。项目将系统研究复合纳米材料的可控制备、结构形貌调控、表面功能化修饰及其在癌细胞的靶向连接、治疗和监测中的应用。重点解决复合纳米材料表面功能化及其与生物分子耦合连接问题, 探讨分子磁畴和金纳米粒子的表面等离子体吸收对稀土发光中心的影响。利用外加磁场的诱导,实现与癌细胞的精确靶向连接;采用980 nm激光辐射,使金纳米粒子产生热效应并对癌细胞进行靶向治疗,同时进行上转换荧光标记和实时形态监测。研究所开发的新型多功能稀土基复合纳米材料将解决传统材料很难同时达到与癌细胞精确靶向连接、治疗与监测的效果。本项目将为多功能稀土基复合纳米材料应用于癌细胞的治疗提供新的思路和理论依据, 并为实际应用奠定基础。

英文摘要: In this project, a series of novel rare earth-based multifunctional nanocomposites Fe3O4@Au@NaYF4: Yb, Er, which exhibit unique superparamagnetic, infrared thermotherapy and up-conversion fluorescence properties will be developed. The controllable synthesis, structure and morphology modulation, surface functionalization and their applications in targeted connections, treatment and monitoring will be systematically studied. The project will focus on studying the surface functionalization and its coupling with biomolecules, the interaction between magnetic domains, surface plasmon absorption of the gold nanoparticles and the luminescence centers of rare-earth ions. Through an external magnetic field induction, the nanocomposites can be successfully targeted to the cancer cells. Within safe range of toxicity tests, the targeted therapy of cancer cells in the 980nm laser irradiation and the upconversion fluorescence labeling and real-time monitoring will be rationally realized. Most importantly, compared to the former research regarding drug delivery system, our project can solve the scientific problem, namely, the combination of the accurate targeted connection between the cancer cells and the materials, the treatment and the monitoring.
