中文摘要: 全球制造业正在加速向服务化方向发展,向客户提供的产品体现为"物理产品+产品服务"的集成服务型产品。这类产品与传统机械产品在构成和设计等方面有较大区别,研究复杂集成服务型机械产品的内部结构关系规律和整体特征对指导产品设计和服务增值具有科学意义。本课题基于系统学原理(采用宏观与微观相结合的原理)和质量功能配置原理,通过对复杂集成服务型机械产品内部结构作用原理的分析,建立基于广义质量功能配置的产品内部关联关系模型。提出基于质量功能配置矩阵和映射矩阵的模块化设计过程与方法,实现客户需求、服务模块与物理模块的一致性检验。基于物理结构-网络拓扑映射原理,将集成服务产品抽象为社区结构网络,分析复杂集成服务产品的社区网络特性。最后,提出了集成服务型产品结构优化设计与控制方法。以上研究揭示了集成服务型机械产品内部关联规律和整体特性,从科学层面指导产品设计、质量控制和服务增值。

英文摘要: Global manufacturing is speeding up to the servicisation, and provides customers with the "physical product plus product service" product called as the integrated service product. This kind of products have bigger difference with the traditional mechanical products in composition and design, it has scientific significance to study the internal structure relations and macro features of complex integrated service mechanical products, and can optimize product design and improve value-added services. This project mainly based on the systematics principle (the principle which macro structure and micro structure combine together) and quality function deployment principle, analyses the internal structure relation, and builds the internal relationship model of complex integrated service mechanical product based on generalized quality function deployment. This paper proposes the modular design process and methods based on the quality function deployment matrix and mapping matrix, and realizes the consistent check among customer demands, service modules and physical modules. Based on the "physical structure-network topology" mapping principle, the author maps integrated service products for the community structure network, and analyzes the community network characteristics of complex integrated service products.
