中文摘要: 中国正在实施创新驱动发展国家战略,新产品研发是自主创新的重要方面。由于研发项目是由产品-流程-组织领域高度耦合构成的复杂系统架构,多领域集成分析与优化成为提高项目成功率的关键。为此,本课题基于设计结构矩阵(DSM)和多领域矩阵(MDM)结构化方法,提出系统架构的复杂性研究-DSM优化与聚类-仿真三者集成的理论框架,以此展开研发项目多领域依赖关系建模、优化与仿真分析。本课题从理论上: 开展各领域内以元素耦合性为特征的复杂性研究、基于仿真的不确定性和含混性等研究,构建以协同复杂性最小化为目标的集成优化准则;方法上:建立基于MDM的跨领域元素间依赖度测量模型、时间与协调成本模型、启发式DSM聚类算法和遗传优化算法;实践上:以航天和全球产品开发项目为实例,验证与修正提出的模型和方法。本研究不仅对完善项目管理理论有重要的科学意义,而且对提升企业自主创新能力,具有迫切、重要的现实意义。

英文摘要: China is implementing the national strategy of innovation-driven development, in the precess the new product develpoment is an important aspect of enterprise's independent innovation. Due to the R&D project is a complex coupling system architecture comprised by product, process and organziation domains, how to integrately analyze and optimize multi-domain has become a key factor to increase the rate of project's success. Hence, based on structured methods including Design Structure Matrix (DSM) and Multi-Domain Matrix (MDM), this research project proposes a theory outline that integrates the complexity analysis of system architecture, DSM optimization/clustering and simulation. And accordint to the theory outline, we do the research work of multi-domain modeling, optimization and simulation analysis of complex R&D projects. From the theory aspect, we will study on the complexity related to coupling dependency relationships between elements of system architecture, the uncertainty and ambiguity analysis using simulation, and build the mechanism of combing DSM optimization and clustering with the minimial coordination complexity and so on. From the method aspect, we will build the model of measuring dependency strength between element intra-domains based on MDM, the coordination cost and time model, the heuristic algorithms of clustering and GA optimization algorithms of DSM. From the practice aspect, case studies from China aerospace projects and globle product development projects will be provided to illustrate the utility of these proposed models and methods. This reaearch project will not only contributie the theory and pratice of R&D project management, but also it is urgent and important for China enterprises to improve their capacity of independent innovation.
