中文摘要: 本项目面向复杂装备,将稳健设计理论及方法引入到产品平台设计过程中,融入模块化与参数化相结合的思想,研究稳健产品平台的设计方法,提出稳健产品平台设计就是使产品族结构变量对不可控的需求变化不敏感。首先研究动态需求映射的敏感设计参数识别技术,通过现有和潜在需求的分析、映射及设计参数的敏感度分析,识别影响复杂装备关键部件的敏感参数,进行平台系列划分,提高产品平台的稳健性;然后研究产品平台模块单元的多尺度规划技术,通过模块单元的多尺度规划建模和多目标优化求解,优化平台模块的内部聚合性、外部耦合性和整体稳健性,并通过模块的敏感度分析、柔性模块映射和信息熵评价识别核心平台模块;进一步研究产品平台耦合变量解耦的协同优化技术,识别稳健产品平台的耦合设计参数,通过分解协调原理进行耦合变量解耦, 并改进协同进化算法实现变结构、变参数的协同优化;最后,将研究的相关技术在大型数控磨床产品平台的设计中进行应用验证。

英文摘要: In this project, robust design theory and technology together with modular and parametric combination ideas are introduced into the product platform design process. The method of the design for the robust product platform is researched in order to make product family structure variables insensitive to uncontrolled changes in demand. Firstly, the sensitive product platform design variables analysis identification technology is studied. The dynamic customs' requirement mapping and sensitivity analysis are used to identify the sensitive parameters that affect the key components and to classify series. This study can effectively improve the robustness of product platform. Secondly, planning techniques of multi-scale product platform module unit is researched. Module planning model is constructed according to rules of multiscale and robustness. Then the module planning model is solved by multi-objective algorithm. Internal aggregation, external coupling and the overall robustness of the platform module are further optimized. Core platform module is identified by sensitivity analysis of the modular units and information entropy evaluation to increase the robustness of the product platform.
