中文摘要: 旅客增长给飞机地面运行带来挑战,项目拟通过控制停机位飞机推出频率,在满足跑道最大起飞容量的约束下,动态调节飞机起飞等待队列,使飞机地面发动机开车等待时间最小。研究问题有两方面:一是最大程度减少飞机地面燃油消耗,即最小化飞机发动机地面开车滑行等待时间;二是满足效率和公平的飞机推出时隙资源分配的博弈模型和策略。基本思路是在保证机场通行量的前提下,通过推出控制,将飞机地面开车状态的起飞等待转化为停机位的停车状态等待,从而降低飞机地面燃油消耗。本研究拟通过机场实际数据的统计分析,获得跑道起飞和地面滑行的统计分布,据此构建满足飞机起飞强度和等待队列长度的起飞队列到达强度变化界区间,并结合滑行时间统计模型,获得最佳机位推出频率界区间,根据最佳推出频率,研究满足起飞队列“阈值厚度”的控制策略,基于价格机制和信誉机制,研究对各航空公司公平的推出时隙博弈分配策略。利用机场实际数据,对上述算法进行分析评价。

英文摘要: Continuously growing air traffic demand is imposing a tremendous challenge to airport ground operation and surface traffic control as a valid means often is used to alleviate the airport ground congestion. The method proposed in this project is to push the aircrafts from their gates or aprons at a designed frequency to minimize the aircraft departure waiting time with the engine on. There are two main objects in this research. The first is that the throughput of the runway must not to be decreased under pushback control. The second is that the pushback control can minimize the aircraft ground waiting time with engine on. The research is focus on how to translate the waiting time from taxi or departure waiting time with engine powering to hold the aircrafts at the gates or aprons with the engine off. This translation can significantly reduce the fuel burn and emission at airport. The research intends to get the statistic distribution of runway service time and taxi time first. And an aircraft departure waiting queue model is to be formulate. The arriving aircraft numbers interval to fulfill the expected length of waiting queue and departure rate can be estimated.
