中文摘要: 五针松疱锈病是一种由茶藨生柱锈菌(Cronartium ribicola J.C.Fischer)引起的世界性危险林木病害, 为国内外检疫对象。该病防治非常困难,目前在我国大部分地区均有发生,给当地林业生产和生态环境造成巨大影响。研究发现深绿木霉(T. atroviride P. Karsten)SS003对茶藨生柱锈的锈孢子具有强烈的破坏作用,这种破坏涉及胞壁降解酶和毒素的双重作用。本课题在前期工作基础上,对SS003破坏茶藨生柱锈的两类抗性因子进行研究。研究SS003在锈孢子诱导下胞壁降解酶系的组成、活性、作用特点,降解酶基因及时空表达顺序等;研究SS003分泌毒素的特点、毒素的分子结构及毒素的作用机制,研究两类抗性因子的协同作用等以探讨SS003破坏五针松疱锈菌的分子机制,为利用现代生物技术防治五针松疱锈病奠定基础。

英文摘要: Five-needle pine blister rust, caused by Cronartium ribicola,is the major disease of forest trees in the world. The disease is a quarantine object all over the world and it is very difficult to control. It occurred in most places in China and caused great influence on the local forestry production and ecological environment. Recent research showed that Trichoderma atroviride SS003 we isolated can destroy the aeciospores seriously and there existed dual roles of cell wall lytic enzymes and toxins. Two kinds of resistance factors which could damage the aeciospores will be researched based on the previous work. The composition, activity and function characteristics of cell wall lytic enzymes induced by aeciospores will be clarified. Also the molecular structure and the mechanism of toxin and the synergy of the two resistance factors will be researched. The destructive mechanism of SS003 on five-needle pine blister rust will be discussed based on above results and it will lay foundation for control of Five-needle pine blister rust with modern biotechnology.
