中文摘要: 附红细胞体病是由附红细胞体引起的,不易引起重视,但具有潜在威胁的新发人兽共患病。近年来,虽然国内外对附红细胞体病的研究取得了一些进展,但关于附红细胞体膜蛋白方面的研究却鲜有报道。鉴于该病目前的研究现状和膜蛋白研究的重要意义,本研究拟在建立猪附红细胞体感染小鼠动物模型的基础上,提取猪附红细胞体膜蛋白;通过比较蛋白质组学、免疫蛋白质组学、质谱鉴定和生物信息学等技术手段对猪附红细胞体膜蛋白和膜蛋白基因加以筛选、鉴定和分析;进而对猪附红细胞体膜蛋白和膜蛋白基因进行全面系统的研究,以期为附红细胞体病防治的深入研究奠定基础。

英文摘要: Eperythrozoonosis is a new zoonosis,which is caused by Eperythrozoon,not only difficult to be paid attention,but also has potential threat.In recent years, certain progress has been achieved on the research of Eperythrozoonosis. However, little research has been attempted about membrane protein of Eperythrozoon. Given the current study situation of Eperythrozoonosis and the importance of membrane protein research, the models of Mycoplasma suis infected rats will be established and membrane protein of Mycoplasma suis will be extracted in this study. Membrane proteins and membrane protein gene of Mycoplasma suis will be screened,identified and analysed by comparative proteomics, immunology proteomics, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics technology.And the comprehensive and system research of membrane proteins and membrane protein gene in Mycoplasma suis will be carried out. In order to lay the foundation for further study of Eperythrozoonosis prevention.
