中文摘要: 如何从城市交通系统的特点出发,充分考虑实际交通系统中不确定性因素对信号控制效益的作用影响,结合不确定性分析理论建立一套新的交通控制理论模型与方法体系,是解决实际交通系统信号控制问题的内在要求。本项目将利用集对分析理论研究不确定性因素对信号控制实际效果的影响,运用交通控制、集对分析、智能优化、仿真实验等理论方法,分别针对不确定性因素影响下的单交叉口信号配时、控制子区动态划分、多交叉口协调控制等问题展开相关科学研究,建立起基于集对分析理论的交叉口信号控制评价模型与优化算法,构建交通控制方案运行效益综合评估方法体系,并采用现场实测、模拟计算、仿真分析和实践检验等手段进一步完善交通信号控制的相关基础理论,实现理论研究与实践应用的有机结合。项目预期研究成果将有效解决不确定性因素影响下的交叉口信号配时优化问题,对于完善交通信号控制理论与满足交通控制实际需要具有重要指导意义与应用价值。

英文摘要: On considering the effects originated from the uncertainty factors in real urban traffic system, the inner requirement to solve the traffic signal control problem of real world lies in formulating a novel signal control theory and technology based on uncertainty analysis method. This research studies the actual control effects under uncertainty factors, formulates the corresponding evaluation models as well as optimization algorithms using the Set Pair Analysis (SPA), and develops a set of comprehensive evaluation methods for traffic conditions under signal control. By use of traffic control theory, set pair analysis, intelligent control theory, and simulation experiments, detailed scientific researches into areas including the signal timing of single intersection, the dynamic division of control sub-area, and the coordinated signal control of multi-intersections are carried out respectively with the consideration of uncertainty factors. Further enhancement of traffic signal control theory is achieved with the combination of theory research and practical application by field measurement, theoretical calculation, simulation analysis and practice test.
