中文摘要: 煤基费托合成液体燃料-动力多联产系统是重要的洁净煤利用技术,其本质特征在于化工生产流程与动力系统的高度集成,化学能梯级利用是决定多联产性能的主要潜力与核心。利用超结构优化方法对多系统进行设计与优化,并与有效能理论结合,分析研究多联产中化学能与物理能之间的相互转化规律。利用经济分析理论对FT合成油-电多联产的经济性进行分析,尤其对CO2捕获与处理对系统经济性的影响做出研究性结论。研究内容如下: (1)从物质转移与能量转换的角度出发,利用超结构优化理论进行煤基FT合成油-动力多联产系统的设计和Aspen plus建模,探讨所建模型的合理性和可行性。 (2)针对所建超结构模型,进一步推导能够表征多联产系统有效能利用收益的特征方程,并揭示特征方程所反映的有效能梯级利用的基本规律,阐明多联产系统集成的关键整合要素及其相互关联。 (3)通过经济性分析,探讨多联产系统较分产系统在经济上的优越性。

英文摘要: Coal based polygeneration of Fischer-Tropsch (FT) synthesis liquids - power is an important clean coal utilization technology. The ubstantive characteristics of the polygeneration systems are the high integration of chemical production and power system. The utilization of chemical energy is the prime potential and the key factors to the performance of polygeneration. With the superstructure theory,the polygeneration system of FT synthesis liquids - electricity is designed and optimized. With the exergy theory, the conversion between chemical energy and physical energy,existing in the whole polygeneration systems, is researched. With the economic analysis theory, economic efficiency of the polygeneration is analyzed, Importantly,the results are to be presented that the effect of CO2 capture and disposing on the economical performance. The research is developed as following: (1) Based on material transformation and energy conversion, the polygeneration systems of FT synthesis liquids-power are designed on superstructure optimization method and modeled with Aspen plus software. Their rationality and feasibility are reseached detailed. (2) Aimed at the built superstructure models, cascade utilization characteristic equations are derived to represent the exergy benefit. the basic law of exergy cascade utilization,which is reflected by the characteristic equations, is revealed. At last, The key integration elements for the polygeneration system and their correlation are to be clarified. (3) Economic analysis of the built polygeneration is done to discuss its economic advantage compared to the single product system.
