中文摘要: 目前有关声表面人工结构的研究大多都集中于单一功能的表面结构或器件。将多个结构或器件相互联合起来形成多功能化、高集成化的表面声学应用系统必将是未来发展的方向。本项目针对声表面结构固体板集成过程中相关的耦合与相互作用特性进行系统而深入的研究。特别地,我们将探寻物理机制以实现声表面集成器件间表面信号与能量的高效传输,探索物理机制以增强表面集成系统中不同器件间的耦合效率,并对不同表面结构间由于相互作用而可能出现的新模式进行机制和特性研究。这些研究将使我们加深理解声表面波在周期性结构调制下的色散性质以及各种声表面结构间的相互作用机制。在集成环境下研究声表面波以及固体板本征模式的各种新奇效应如表面声波的汇聚、成像、幻象效应等及其耦合效应,在此基础上设计并在实验上实现新型表面集成声学功能应用器件。这些研究将能提供新概念、新现象和新应用,具有科学意义和应用价值。

英文摘要: Current studies to the acoustic plates with artificial surface structures are mainly focused on structures or devices with single function. The combination of different structures or devices into multifunctional and highly integrated acoustic surface application systems is necessarily the development trends of future. In this project, we will systematically and deeply investigate the coupling and interaction properties associated with the integration of surface structured solid plates. In particular, we will seek the mechanism to realize effective routing of acoustic signals and energies between different integrated devices. We will explore the mechanism to enhance the coupling efficiency between different integrated devices. Moreover, we will discuss the existence of interface states between integrated structures, and investigate the properties of these possible modes. These studies can deepen our understanding to the dispersion properties of acoustic surface waves under the modulation of periodic structures, as well as to the mechanism of interaction between surface structures of various kinds. We will investigate various kinds of new effects of acoustic surface waves under the framework of integration, such as the focusing, imaging, and illusion effects as well as the coupling effects between them. By combination these effects with applications, we can design innovative integrated devices of surface acoustic waves and verify them by experiments. This project will be help to discover new phenomena, to bring out new concepts and to anticipate new applications, which is of scientific significance and is valuable for practical applications.
