中文摘要: 煤基燃料系统由于其原料富含碳元素的特殊性,具有高二氧化碳排放特征。在能源供给需求、二氧化碳减排压力及可持续发展多重需求下,本研究以煤间接液化联供联产系统耦合碳捕集为研究对象,以流程模拟为研究基础,分别采用基于能量梯级利用原理的火用效率分析及基于学习曲线的成本潜力分析,研究以天然气替代部分原料煤生产FT合成油时,不同煤炭组成和不同煤与天然气配比关系这两种碳减排影响要素在煤基燃料耦合碳捕集系统中的能源、环境、经济效益。项目预期将揭示在不同煤炭组成和不同煤与天然气配比关系条件下,系统的热效率、?效率、二氧化碳排放率、油品成本、投资回报率、二氧化碳减排效益与两种影响要素的关系,并进一步分析该系统未来的成本下降潜力。项目的研究成果对于探索在保证实现碳强度减排目标与经济发展双重目标条件下,为如何解决中国煤基燃料需求与二氧化碳排放压力的矛盾提供具体的科技支持方案与建议,促进我国煤基燃料技术的低碳发展。

英文摘要: In order to ensure the realization of double target of carbon intensity reduction and economic development, China needs to make great efforts in many research fields. Due to the particularity of its high carbon content in raw materials in coal-based fuel system, high carbon dioxide emissions become the character of this kind of system. Considering multiple demands on energy supply, CO2 emission reduction and sustainable development, one kind of coal-based fuel system, which is the co-feed and co-production system based on coal liquefaction technology coupling carbon capture, is chosen as the research object. Based on the methods and results of process simulation,the study will use exergy efficiency analysis based on mechanism of cascade utilization of chemical energy and physical energy in fuel,and analysis of cost reduction potential using learning rates and future cost curves.Two affecting factors of carbon reduction on 3E benefits, which are different coal compositions and different ratios of coal and natural gas, are studied when feeding natural gas instead of part of coal in FT oil production.
