中文摘要: 稀土上转换发光纳米材料(UCNPs)拥有反斯托克斯位移发光、窄带发射、发光寿命长、光稳定性好的特点,作为新型的发光探针被广泛应用于荧光检测与成像中。针对疾病标志物的高灵敏和高效检测,本项目拟结合稀土上转换发光纳米材料与磷光金属配合物的优点,设计与构建磷光金属配合物功能化的稀土上转换发光复合检测体系。详细开展稀土上转换发光材料的控制合成与光谱调控、金属配合物探针的设计与合成、上转换发光复合探针体系的构建和上转换发光复合体系的荧光检测研究。通过对上转换发光复合探针体系的组成、结构、发光性质的研究与调控,制备出高灵敏性、高选择性和高效率的复合荧光探针用于疾病标志物的荧光检测,为稀土上转换发光材料用于疾病的临床检测提供新途径。

英文摘要: Rare-earth upconversion nanophosphors (UCNPs) possess anti-Stokes luminescence, sharp emission lines, long luminescent lifetime and high optical stability, which have been recognized as a promising new class of luminescent probe for fluorescence detection and imaging. In order to detecting the makers of diseases, we design and synthesize a rare-earth upconversion luminescent composite system for detecting makers of diseases based on the unique properties of rare-earth upconversion nanophosphors and phosphorescent metal complexes. This research project includes the synthesis and optimization of rare-earth upconversion nanophosphors, design and synthesis phosphorescent probe of metal complexes, construction of rare-earth upconversion luminescent composite detection system, and fluorescent detection using rare-earth upconversion luminescent composite system. For the sake of sensing makers of diseases with high sensitivity and high selectivity, the component, structure and luminescent properties of rare-earth upconversion luminescent composite system will be studied and optimized. The objective will provide new methods of clinical disease detection based on rare-earth upconversion nanophosphors.
