中文摘要: 网络化柔性机械臂系统能代替人在特殊情形下进行作业,复杂环境下网络化柔性机械臂系统的分析与综合是当前机器人领域研究的前沿课题之一。根据柔性机械臂系统的特点并考虑网络化环境的影响,利用网络测量方法,结合理论和实验分析,拟开展网络化柔性机械臂系统的模糊建模研究;根据随机系统理论和稳定性理论,利用线性矩阵不等式方法,拟建立基于T-S模糊模型的网络化柔性机械臂系统时滞相关稳定性分析与控制器设计方案;基于模糊控制理论,利用后推设计方法和动态面技术,设计鲁棒模糊自适应控制器。同时,利用分散控制方法,探索具有力觉临场感的网络化柔性机械臂系统的双向控制问题,通过构建基于因特网的实验平台检验并完善理论成果。本项目建立的数学模型更具一般性,更能反应实际情形;提出的控制方案交叉融合了多种控制策略;设计的算法保守性更小、计算效率更高。相关研究将促进柔性机械臂和网络化控制系统的交叉研究,推动其在实际控制系统中的应用。

英文摘要: Networked flexible manipulator system(NFMS) can replace human's operation in exceptional circumstances such as outer space, nuclear environment, etc. To study the NFMS under complex environment is one of the forefront research topics of robot field. Consider the characteristics of flexible manipulator systems and the impact of the complex environmental, the fuzzy modeling of the system studies to be carried out combined with theoretical and experimental analysis. Based on the stochastic systems theory and the stability theory, by linear matrix inequality(LMI) approach, the improved delay-dependent analysis and synthesis schemes of NFMS will be established. With the fuzzy control theory, using the backstepping method and the dynamic sliding surface design techniques, the system's robust adaptive fuzzy controller design scheme to be proposed. On this basis, to further explore the power of telepresence flexible manipulator with a network of bi-directional control systems control problems. The Internet-based experimental platform will be built to test and improve the theoretical results, the hardware and software systems will be developed. The mathematical model to be established is more general, and can better reflect the actual situation; the control scheme to be proposed combines a variety of control strategies;
