中文摘要: 以我国主要农业废弃物-玉米秸秆为试材,深入研究玉米秸秆自身结构因素-乙酰化程度在水热预处理过程中对自体水解的作用机制。通过对玉米秸秆水热预处理前后组成成分含量分析,进行质量恒算,揭示不同乙酰化程度下三大组分(纤维素、半纤维素、木质素)的降解规律;采用现代结构分析仪器,研究不同乙酰化程度样品预处理前后表面结构与超微结构的变化规律;通过对预处理过程中潜在抑制物的分析,确定不同乙酰化程度对抑制物种类、形成规律的影响及其对后续生物转化过程的抑制水平;研究不同乙酰化样品预处理后结构参数,包括结晶度、晶粒大小等的变化规律以及这些变化与酶解发酵效率的相关性,明确影响生物质高效生物转化的关键结构因素。通过本项目研究,将首次从微观机理角度,揭示乙酰化程度在生物质自体水解中的作用,可进一步完善水热预处理技术体系,并为其他预处理技术体系的机理研究提供可资借鉴的经验,进而为实现生物质产业化提供技术保障与理论依据。

英文摘要: Corn stover with different degree of acetylation is prepared and selected as the feedstock in this project. The influence of the degree of acetylation on biomass autohydrolysis mechanism during the hydrothermal pretreatment process is to be investigated on the following four aspects: ⅰ) The degradation patterns of the three main components (cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin) in samples with different degree of acetylation during the hydrothermal pretreatment process are to be modelled respectively by the mass balance calculation; ⅱ) The changes on the surface structure and ultrastructure before and after the hydrothermal pretreatment will be studied on the samples with different degree of acetylation by the modern analytical instruments; ⅲ) How inhibitors are formed from the samples with different degree of acetylation during hydrothermal pretreatment, their levels and how these inhibitors affects the yeast activity employed in the following biomass conversion process will be revealed; ⅳ) The key factors affecting biomass conversion are to be elucidated by correlating the physical and chemical properties such as crystallinity, surface area etc. with the ethanol fermentation efficiency.
